Great Clean Express cruiser yacht with full facilities.

Sleeps six.   Large comfortable Sunbathing Cushions on the bow up front,  best place to be while motoring around.  Full enclosures (Strataglass ) included for comfortable use year round of the Cockpit and aft deck.  cockpit and radar arch lighting  Integrated Swim Platform with hot/cold shower (20’ hose) and ladder, trim tabs.  Two spacious cabins with closets and drawers, Dinette combo bed sleeps two, Galley.  Three hatches in the bow, 1 in forward cabin, 1 over dinette & 1 over galley, 4 port holes (2 in forward cabin and 2 in main cabin) additional windows run length of main cabin and head.  Great ventilation is available during fair weather with windows, port holes and windows.  Screens included for forward cabin hatch and main cabin entry hatch.  2 fenders and carriers on bow.

Electric head (17 gal holding tank) (waste lines replaced with odor safe hose) and shower (6'4" clearance), Onan generator MJB 3.5kw & locking transfer switch.  VHF marine radio, air horn (loud). 7 new Marelon thruhulls   anchor line, 8’ chain with Danforth anchor wired for windlass.  Fully enclosed Aft Deck safer for small children with solid boarding gate latching on outside.

 

Twin Chevy 350 ci Mercruiser engines (only 380 hours), 260 hp each with Borg Warner V drive transmission inboards.  17” four blade brass props in twin tunnel hull, repitched (20” to 18”)and balanced in 10/2009. 

Two 30 amp power circuits.  Water heater, Reverse cycle HVAC, Flat screen TV, AM-FM-cassette-CD (six CD changer) remote volume at helm, forward cabin wired for inverter, remote spot/flood light, Microwave, AC/DC Refrigerator, Fresh water pressure system. Double galley sink,  . Two starting batteries isolated for each engine, one house battery, multi-bank battery charger, always in fresh water.
